We are hiring an experienced Java Tech Lead for a leading MNC client. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience in Java-based application development, microservices, system design, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Java applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
Participate in architecture, system design, and technical decision-making.
Develop and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Design and integrate REST APIs and web services.
Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps,



and other technical teams.
Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

Required Skills
8 years of experience in Java development
Solid knowledge of Core Java / Java 8
Robust experience with Spring Boot & Spring Framework
Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture
Strong knowledge of REST APIs / Web Services
Good understanding of SQL and databases
Experience with System Design & Architecture
Experience in Technical Leadership / Team Mentoring
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
