Social Media Graphic Designer & Manager

About Us

InnovXpert is a digital and AI marketing agency working with brands across FMCG, retail, real estate, F&B;, education, and D2C. We handle social media, SEO, paid media, websites, branding, and content — and we're looking for someone who can own the creative side of social from idea to post.

The Role

This is an end-to-end role. You'll sit with the client (or on a call with them), understand the brief, build the concept, design the creative, and take it live on their social handles. If you like owning your work start to finish instead of passing it down a chain, you'll enjoy this.

What You'll Do

- Conceptualise campaign ideas, content pillars, and monthly social calendars for multiple brands
- Design static posts, carousels, story creatives, and short-form video/reel assets
- Publish and schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube




- Interact directly with clients — present concepts, take feedback, and manage approvals
- Track basic performance and use the learnings to sharpen the next month's creative
- Stay on top of trends, formats, and platform updates

What We're Looking For

- 3–4 years of experience in social media design and management, preferably at an agency
- Strong command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; Canva, Premiere Pro / After Effects a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication — you'll be client-facing from day one
- A portfolio that shows range across brands and categories
- Ability to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping quality

Compensation

- Salary is best in industry and will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and experience.
