Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead brand growth, campaign execution, lead generation, and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful marketing initiatives and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
1–2 years of hands-on experience in the Marketing Department of an EdTech company (Mandatory).
Drive quality lead generation and customer acquisition through online and offline marketing initiatives.
Work closely with the Sales and Business Development teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new prospects and trends in the EdTech sector.
Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, institutions,



and relevant organizations to support business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Operations, Product, Content, and Management.
Track and analyze marketing performance using relevant analytics and CRM tools.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports for management.
Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.
Identify recent marketing channels and growth opportunities.
