Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Manager – Finance & Accounts with 5+ years of experience to manage day-to-day financial operations, accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, and financial planning. The candidate should have solid analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations, including AP, AR, ledger and bank reconciliation.
Prepare and review MIS reports, financial statements, budgets, cash-flow statements, and financial analysis.
Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders.
Monitor receivables, payables, expenses, cash flow, and working capital.
Support budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial planning activities.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial processes.




Review financial data, identify variances, and provide meaningful insights to management.
Supervise and guide the accounts team to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Ensure proper maintenance and confidentiality of financial records.
Identify prospects for process improvement, cost optimization, and automation.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, GST, TDS, taxation, audit, and statutory compliance.
Good understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.
Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
Good leadership and team-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.

Eligibility
Master's Degree in Finance / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.
5+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
Experience in a corporate/IT/services environment will be preferred

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
