Key Responsibilities
Machine Setup: Select the correct cutting programs, install lenses, and adjust laser beam focus.
Material Loading: Lift and load raw sheets onto the machine bed using vacuum lifts or forklifts.
File Preparation: Interpret technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD/CAM files.
Process Monitoring: Watch the cutting cycle to ensure accuracy, speed, and clean edge quality.
Quality Control: Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to check part dimensions.
Post-Processing: Deburr parts, remove slag, separate scrap material, and sort finished products.
Maintenance: Perform daily machine cleaning, check gas/chiller levels, and transparent nozzle debris.
Safety Compliance: Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow all workplace safety standards
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma,
ITI certification, or a technical diploma in CNC machining.
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years operating CNC CO2 or Fiber laser cutting machines.
Blueprint Reading: Solid ability to read and interpret mechanical fabrication drawings.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of G-code programming and layout software like CorelDRAW or AutoCAD.
Measurement Tools: Proficiency using precision measuring tools.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg)
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
