Role & responsibilities
Independent Handling of Shift, Manpower handling & appropriate allocation.
Rejection & rework control, analysis of press production related problems & implementing control on the same, achieving 0 % breakdown by die related problems, and, achieving Inhouse customer satisfaction on quality issues
Maintaining of Automation of dies & properly check before loading, and, thorough preventive Maintenance of dies as per schedule.
To Perform Corrective and predictive Maintenance of Dies according to Tool Rectification and check dies before daily Press Shop Tentative loading Plan.
Carrying-out / supervising 5'S', Safety & Kaizen activities at the assigned zones.
