Roles and Responsibilities :
Recent component setting & operating CNC / VMC /HMC machine.
Setup activities like Work offset, Tool offset, Tool length compensation, Cutter radius compensation etc.
Handling tools and inserts (Tooling).
Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC Operations, Programming &
Setup.
Responsible for 5's on shop floor

Job Requirements :
Qualification: Fulltime Diploma in Mechanical / Production / Automobile AICTE approved institute or Diploma/ Post Diploma in Tool &
Die Making from IGTR / IDTR / Central Tool Room / NTTF institutes
Candidate should have hands on experience in operating and programming on Turning / Milling / VMC / HMC machines
Hands on knowledge of programming softwares – PowerMILL, MasterCAM etc.(for programmers)
Knowledge of Instrument Handling &
Setting, Tooling process &
CNC programming
Person with working knowledge of Batch production will be added advantage
Candidate from Tooling industry would be preferred
Turn-Mill / Integrex experience would be preferred.
