We are looking for a Senior Systems & Network Engineer who is versatile, technically sound, and client-oriented. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, managing, and supporting enterprise IT environments for international clients, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Windows Server settings (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Services, etc.).
Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure – switches, routers, firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.)and VPN
Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.), Azure, and Google Cloud.
Handle security operations, including endpoint protection, firewalls, SIEM, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.
Provide technical support and solutions to end-users and clients, both remotely and on-site when needed.
Implement and manage backup & disaster recovery solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions with clients.




Stay up to date with industry trends and recent technologies relevant to cloud, networking, and security.

Qualifications and Experience
8–10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management.
Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, AD, and networking protocols.
Proven experience with firewalls, security protocols, and network troubleshooting.
Hands-on with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cooperative team.
Certification(s) such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA/CCNP, or Comp TIA Security+ would be a plus.
