We are looking for a Litigation Officer to handle all legal matters, court cases, and compliance for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing litigation, coordinating with advocates, and ensuring timely resolution of legal disputes.

Key Responsibilities
Handle Litigation: Represent the company in courts, tribunals, and legal forums. Coordinate with panel advocates
Case Management: Draft, file, and track legal notices, suits, replies, affidavits, and other legal documents
Legal Advisory: Provide legal opinions on civil, criminal, consumer, labor, and commercial matters
Compliance: Ensure company complies with applicable laws, contracts, and regulatory requirements
Documentation: Maintain case files, cause lists, judgments, and legal records
Coordination: Liaise with internal departments, external lawyers, and government authorities
MIS & Reporting: Prepare case status reports and update management regularly

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
