E1 level understanding of contemporary Java solutions and delivery related nuances of the same.
E3 level understanding of a Core Banking Program delivery value chain – Solution / Gaps / Fitment, Estimation, Configuration, Delivery, User Acceptance, Data Migration, Go Live
IT Program Contract Management Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have 1.

Experience of delivering Programs / Transformation based on Core Banking Packages / Products
Solid understanding and experience of delivering IT programs in Onsite – Offsite model
