Job Overview:

Spartan International School is seeking a passionate and dedicated KG Coordinator/ Experienced Montessori Trained Teacher to foster a nurturing and stimulating learning setting for young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the school’s curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom setting that supports each child’s learning needs.
Use play-based and interactive teaching methods to enhance cognitive, motor, and social skills.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and school administration.
Organize activities that promote creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork.
Encourage good behavior and a sense of responsibility among students.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a high standard of education.




Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and development.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification or relevant qualifications in early childhood education.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting.
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching strategies and digital learning tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full time Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
