Review RFQs, tender documents, customer specifications and commercial requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates covering material, bought-out items, fabrication, machining, welding, NDT, PWHT, painting, packing, transportation and contingency.
Develop competitive techno-commercial proposals in coordination with sales and engineering teams.
Coordinate with procurement for vendor quotations and cost optimization.
Perform weight estimation, material take-off (MTO) and labor hour estimation.
Identify technical and commercial risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Support technical clarification meetings, customer discussions and internal bid review
Develop and maintain estimation databases, costing norms and standard proposal templates.
Support order handover to execution teams after project award.
