Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and maintain business data, prepare reports, and support management with accurate information for decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong MS Excel and computer skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work with large volumes of data efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and records.
Analyze data and generate meaningful reports for management.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across all reports.
Coordinate with different departments to collect required information.
Track and monitor operational and performance-related data.
Create dashboards, summaries, and presentations when required.
Support management with ad-hoc data analysis and reporting tasks.

Requirements

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Conditional Formatting, basic formulas).




Good computer and data management skills.
Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline (B.Com / BBA / BCA / BA / B.Sc preferred).
1–3 years of experience in MIS, reporting, data entry, or similar roles.

Preferred Candidate
Local candidate preferred from Mohali / Chandigarh or nearby areas.
