Role & responsibilities :
Plan and manage the execution of MEP works, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing & drainage, fire fighting, fire alarm, ELV, STP, WTP, and allied services.
Review and coordinate MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs in alignment with architectural and structural designs.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of MEP services.
Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP activities in line with the overall project plan.
Supervise in office execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and approved specifications.
Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, local authority norms, and safety regulations.
Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and manage changes during execution.
Control project costs by monitoring quantities, variations, and contractor bills.
Support procurement by technical evaluation of MEP vendors, materials, and equipment.
Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records related to MEP works.
