Job Title - Marketing Accounts Officer

Key Responsibilities
Wholesaler Account Management
Manage and maintain accounts of 700+ wholesalers.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions related to wholesaler accounts.
Monthly Account Reconciliation
Conduct monthly reconciliation of 700+ wholesaler accounts.
Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams/parties for timely resolution.
Payment Collection & Follow-up
Regularly follow up with wholesalers for outstanding payment collections.
Monitor receivables and ensure collections are received within the agreed credit period.
Credit Note Reconciliation
Handle and reconcile monthly credit notes for 700+ wholesalers.
Verify credit notes against relevant transactions and resolve discrepancies.
Credit Limit Management
Monitor and manage the credit limits of wholesalers/parties.
Ensure transactions are processed within approved credit limits and escalate exceptions wherever required.
Daily Query Management
Handle and resolve day-to-day queries from wholesalers, internal departments, and other stakeholders.
Coordinate with concerned teams to ensure timely resolution of account-related issues.




Monthly Liability Preparation
Prepare and maintain monthly liability statements for 700+ wholesalers.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of liability-related information.
SAP / IT-Related Support
Handle and coordinate SAP-related accounting and transaction queries.
Liaise with the IT/SAP support team for system-related issues and ensure timely resolution.

Key Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Reconciliation.
Experience in wholesaler/distributor accounting and collection follow-up.
Valuable understanding of credit limits, credit notes, and outstanding management.
Hands-on experience with SAP system.
Valuable MS Excel skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage a high volume of accounts and transactions with accuracy.
Strong follow-up and time-management skills.

Experience
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Commercial Accounts, Distributor/Wholesaler Accounting, Collections, or a similar role.
