Job Title: MEP Revit Modeler

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented MEP Revit Modeler to join our engineering design team and contribute to pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare coordinated models for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Electrical systems.
Support clash detection, coordination, and model reviews using Revit and Navisworks.
Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure accurate and coordinated designs.
Follow project BIM standards, client requirements, and established modelling procedures.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical,



or a related Engineering discipline.
3+ years of relevant experience in MEP Revit modelling.
Solid working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
Valuable understanding of BIM workflows, MEP systems, and multidisciplinary coordination.
Experience with pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, or industrial projects will be preferred.
Robust attention to detail and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
