Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager based in Hyderabad for a field-focused role. You will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, meeting clients in person, explaining our services, and converting leads into projects.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential businesses, industries, and market segments for digital marketing services
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and other business development activities
Conduct in-person meetings with prospective and existing clients to understand their business and marketing needs
Present and clearly explain Sunraise Solutions’ digital marketing services and solutions
Prepare and share proposals in coordination with internal teams
Build and maintain robust,



long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups
Negotiate and close deals to bring in new projects and contribute to revenue growth
Track market trends and competitor activities to support business development strategy
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and opportunities

Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (experience in digital marketing or IT services is a plus)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability and willingness to work on the field, conduct regular client visits, and travel within Hyderabad as needed
Valuable understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, ads, etc.) or willingness to learn quickly
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience working in a digital marketing agency or similar service-based company
