8+ years in Time & Absence configuration.
6+ years with UKG Time & Attendance systems.
Proven Delivery: At least one full implementation of a Time & Absence system from the ground up.
Skills:
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Agile experience collaborating with product owners.
Knowledge: Deep understanding of UKG Pro systems, ideally at a global scale.
Mindset: Self-starter with attention to detail and a passion for driving results.
