Qualification B.Sc./M.Sc. in Agriculture with MBA in Agribusiness or an equivalent qualification.

Requirements/ Experience - Experience of minimum 10 years post-qualification (i.e., post MBA)

Qualified experience in agribusiness, agricultural marketing, cooperative development, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs)/Farmer Producer Companies (FPCs), value chain development, market linkage, enterprise development, business planning, and capacity building. Candidates should have experience in implementing government or donor-funded agriculture and rural livelihood projects.

Experience in the Cooperative Sector/Cooperative Ecosystem is preferred
