Roles and Responsibility/ Duties to be performed:-
Liaisoning
Develop and maintain cordial relationships with Government Departments, District Administration, Police Authorities, Revenue Authorities, Pollution Control Board, Electricity Department, MIDC, Gram Panchayats, and other statutory authorities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with surrounding villages and community leaders.
Address community grievances through structured engagement.
Organize awareness programmes and community development initiatives.
Handle external stakeholder communications and issue resolution.
CSR Activities.
Prepare annual CSR plans and budgets.
Identify and implement CSR projects aligned with the Company's CSR Policy.
Coordinate with Government agencies, educational institutions, and local communities.
Monitor project execution and measure outcomes.
Maintain CSR documentation and statutory records.
Prepare reports for CSR Committee, Head of Plant.
