Roles and Responsibility
Manage daily operations of the lounge area, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Supervise and train staff members to achieve exceptional levels of service excellence.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the lounge area.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue growth.
Foster a positive and welcoming workplace for customers, promoting loyalty and retention.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Lounge Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Robust knowledge of hotel management principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
Robust leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate staff.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
