Key Responsibilities
Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies regularly within the assigned territory.
Promote company pharmaceutical products and drive prescription generation.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with healthcare professionals.
Ensure product availability and effective market coverage.
Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
Submit daily call reports and activity updates.
Coordinate and ensure timely payment collections.
Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.
Execute company sales and marketing strategies effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
B.Pharm / B.Sc candidates preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Compensation
Daily Allowance: 500 per working day
Additional monthly allowance up to 12,500
