Responsibilities

•Deploy, maintain, and manage both monitoring application and system.

•Develop and improve custom monitors/scripts.

•Contribute to automation projects.

Specialized Skills

Positive knowledge of scripting: Bash, Python or Perl (PowerShell is a plus).

Valuable background in Linux administration.

Knowledge of Automation: Ansible, Puppet.

Positive understanding of Networking.

Solid understanding of ITIL including Incident/Problem/Change Process.

Core Skills

At least 2 years working in Managed Services.

At least 5 years of scripting.

Demonstrate knowledge of the different IT components (servers, network, storage, backup).

Excellent communication skills (English) spoken, written.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge of Monitoring Systems: Xymon, Nagios or others

Experience in Virtualization and Cloud

Knowledge of Web development

Knowledge of C/C++ programming language
