PNF (Packing and Forwarding) Costing department
Cost Sheet & Pricing Preparation: Develop detailed cost break-ups, pricing calculations, and commercial proposals for shipments and components.
Margin & P&L; Analysis: Assess profitability, target achievement, and variance analysis between budgeted and actual logistics or packing expenses.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Packing development, Operation, Logistics and sales teams to optimize packing, freight forwarding, and container optimization costs directly into part pricing.
Documentation & Compliance: Ensure adherence to commercial terms, billing protocols, and export-import regulations where applicable
Business Plan & Forecast: Preparation for business plans, forecasting Expenses & overheads
Need to Monitor and track project expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines. Identify potential risks and issues related to project costs.
PNF Data & History management : Customer & Model wise management of all PNF (Packing and Forwarding) history & Data Backup.
