Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the outlet.
Manage and coordinate all front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and adherence to operational SOPs.
Manage staff attendance, scheduling, shift allocation, and performance.
Monitor inventory, wastage, stock movement, and daily operational requirements.
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, service, and management teams.
Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards are maintained.
Drive operational efficiency and support the team in achieving revenue targets.
Prepare and share daily operational reports with the management.
Coordinate with vendors and support procurement wherever required.
Ensure all outlet policies and brand standards are followed.
Basic computer knowledge is mandatory, along with working knowledge of MS Word.
Valuable working knowledge of Petpooja software is required.
