7+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 at enterprise scale (large commercial tenants, 10K+ users).
Deep technical expertise in SharePoint Online and OneDrive administration, including information architecture and governance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams administration, voice/telephony, and policy management.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Purview (formerly Compliance Center) DLP, retention, sensitivity labels, eDiscovery.
Hands-on experience with Viva Insights configuration, org data management, and privacy-protected analytics delivery.
Robust scripting skills: PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API;

experience with automation frameworks.
Experience with Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, Conditional Access, and role-based access management.
Solid understanding of zero-trust security principles applied to collaboration platforms.
