Looking for an Operation Manager
Manage and supervise day-to-day operations of Gold Loan branches.
Ensure smooth and accurate processing of gold-loan applications, disbursements, renewals, closures, and settlements.
Monitor branch performance and ensure achievement of business and operational targets.
Ensure proper gold appraisal, verification, packing, custody, and vault management as per company policies.
Maintain strict control over cash, gold, documents, and other branch assets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI/NBFC guidelines, KYC/AML requirements, and internal audit standards.
Monitor customer onboarding, KYC documentation, loan documentation, and data accuracy.
Track overdue accounts, collections, renewals, and auction-related activities.
Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Audit, Collections, Finance, and other departments.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
