Job Purpose To promote and sell automobile spare parts in the assigned territory by building strong relationships with retailers, mechanics, and distributors, ensuring business growth and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities. Sales & Business Development
Promote and sell company spare parts to retailers, workshops, and mechanics
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Identify recent customers and expand market reach
Ensure product availability at retail counters
Market Coverage
Visit assigned market regularly as per beat plan
Develop strong network with mechanics and garage owners
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with dealers and mechanics
Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
Collect market feedback including competitor activity
Scheme & Promotion Execution
Execute company schemes, offers, and promotional activities




Educate customers about new products and schemes
Reporting & Documentation
Submit daily reports of visits, sales, and market updates
Maintain records of orders, payments, and stock movement

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience: 1–3 years in field sales (Automobile/Spare parts preferred)
Fresher with valuable communication skills can also apply

Skills Required
Solid communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of automobile spare parts
Ability to work independently in the field
Relationship-building ability
Basic mobile reporting (WhatsApp/Apps)

Other Requirements
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned area

Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Travel Allowance (TA/DA)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
