Responsibility / Expectations 1 Administer and support Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.

2 Manage mailbox lifecycle activities including provisioning, deprovisioning, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and licensing.





3 Configure and maintain MFA, Conditional Access, SSO, authentication, and access control policies.

4 Monitor O365 service health and resolve incidents, alerts, availability, and performance issues.

5 Manage mail flow, transport rules, connectors, spam filtering, email security, and message trace activities.

6 Administer Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive permissions, governance policies, and collaboration services.

7 Support hybrid identity settings, Azure AD Connect synchronization, and integration with on-premises Active Directory.

8 Manage email retention, archiving, compliance, eDiscovery, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and security policies.

9 Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, operational efficiency, and platform administration.
