About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Placement Officer to manage student placements, employer relationships, and career development activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate placement activities and drive student placement opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters.
Identify and onboard new companies for recruitment and placement.
Coordinate interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions, and recruitment drives.
Prepare and maintain student placement records and databases.
Guide students on career opportunities, interviews, and qualified skills.
Conduct placement training, career guidance sessions, and mock interviews.
Coordinate with companies regarding job requirements, interviews,



and selections.
Track student placements and prepare regular placement reports.
Organize campus recruitment drives and industry interaction programs.
Support students in resume preparation and job search activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in any relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in placement, recruitment, HR, or career services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive knowledge of recruitment and placement processes.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work with students, companies, and internal teams.
