Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and execution for an industrial greenfield project.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
Prepare baseline schedules and monitor planned vs. actual progress.
Track project milestones, activities, manpower, and resources.
Identify delays, critical activities, and schedule deviations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Coordinate with Civil, MEP, construction, and project teams.
Prepare look-ahead schedules and recovery plans.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants for project progress.
Maintain project planning documentation and schedule updates.
Support the project team in achieving planned project timelines.

Required Skills
Solid proficiency in Primavera P6.
Project scheduling and planning.
Progress monitoring and reporting.
Critical Path Method (CPM).
Baseline and schedule management.




Delay analysis and recovery planning.
Resource and manpower planning.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Project.
Robust analytical and coordination skills.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Preferred Certifications
Primavera P6 Certification
PMP Certification – Preferred
Project Planning & Scheduling Certification – Preferred
Knowledge of FIDIC / Contract Management is an advantage.

Requirements
8–10 years of relevant experience in project planning and construction.
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or MEP-related discipline.
Experience in industrial greenfield projects preferred.
Hands-on experience with Primavera P6 and project scheduling.
Ability to coordinate with multiple project stakeholders and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
