Roles and Responsibility
Manage and process pharmacovigilance cases according to company policies and procedures.
Conduct thorough reviews of medical records and other relevant documents to identify potential safety concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of cases.
Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders.




Stay current with industry trends and developments in pharmacovigilance and case management.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as pharmacy or medicine.
Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or case management.
Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and guidelines.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced workplace and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
