Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules.
Develop baseline schedules and work programmes.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Monitor actual progress against planned schedules.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, contractors, and other departments.
Prepare look-ahead plans and identify upcoming activities.
Track manpower, materials, and resource requirements.
Identify project delays, risks, and schedule deviations.
Prepare recovery plans and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor project milestones and critical activities.
Prepare progress charts, S-curves, MIS reports, and management reports.
Maintain proper planning and project documentation.

Qualification & Experience




B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
3–5 years of experience in construction/real-estate project planning preferred.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred.
Solid analytical, coordination, and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
