Roles and Responsibility
Operate and maintain granulation equipment, including troubleshooting and performing routine maintenance tasks.
Monitor and control product quality during the granulation process to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with other production teams to ensure smooth workflow and meet production targets.
Develop and implement recent methods and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including batch reports and equipment performance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and procedures.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
Proven experience as an OSD Granulation Operator or similar role.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Robust communication and teamwork skills.
