Manage bancassurance sales through AU Bank branches, focusing on cross-selling life insurance products to existing and recent customers.
Develop solid relationships with branch teams to drive business growth and achieve targets.
Identify prospects for upselling and cross-selling various banking products, including credit cards, loans, and deposits.
Collaborate with the bank's relationship managers to identify potential clients who may be interested in our insurance offerings.
Provide training sessions to bank employees on bancassurance sales techniques and product knowledge.
