Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage master project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Prepare baseline schedules, WBS, timelines, and project updates.
Monitor progress, identify delays, and develop recovery plans.
Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement & Construction teams for schedule alignment.
Conduct schedule risk analysis and scenario planning.
Track milestones and ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and stakeholder presentations.
Review contractor schedules and validate progress claims.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities.
Ensure compliance with PMC standards and client reporting requirements.

Required Qualifications & Expertise




Bachelors degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
1015 years of experience in planning and scheduling for large-scale construction/PMC projects.
Mandatory experience in Semiconductor / High-Tech / Cleanroom projects.
Robust expertise in Primavera P6 and project scheduling methodologies.
Valuable understanding of EPC lifecycle and Project Controls.
Familiarity with international project standards and best practices.
Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
