Roles and Responsibility
Manage and supervise pharmacy staff for efficient operations.
Develop and implement pharmacy protocols and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Conduct inventory management and order supplies as needed.
Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and medication histories.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Job Requirements
Master's degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, preferably in a managerial role.
Solid knowledge of pharmaceuticals, medications, and medical terminology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced workplace and prioritize tasks.
Familiarity with healthcare software and technology systems is an asset.
