Should have 6 + years of learning and development experience on end-to-end digital transformation implementations
Experience in leading training programs for major ERP / CRM / HRMS implementations such as SAP HANA, SuccessFactors, Workday, and SalesForce
Experience in managing conversations and working closely with the functional teams to develop training materials and deliver train-the-trainer program
Understand end-to-end Organizational Change Management framework for Technology and Digital transformation programs
Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Work on Training needs with Change Management Lead, Project Leads and Project Sponsors to determine training scope and effort
Drive alignment across various stakeholder’s groups (leadership, business champions,



change agents, Corp. functions, etc.) through the training curriculum and delivery activities
Apply Organization Change Management (OCM)/Training framework, methodology and tools to create a training strategy to support adoption of the changes
Ability to assimilate and apply recent concepts, business models, etc.
Ability to establish and maintain robust client relationships
Flexibility and adaptability to work through ambiguous situations
Excellent business, communications and interpersonal skills
