Prepare moulds as per pattern and production requirements.
Operate and handle moulding machines or carry out manual moulding.
Set patterns correctly in the moulding box.
Prepare and compact moulding sand properly.
Maintain proper mould dimensions and surface finish.
Place cores correctly as per drawing and instructions.
Check moulds before pouring and correct defects if required.
Maintain proper alignment of cope and drag.
Handle moulding tools and equipment safely.
Identify and report moulding-related problems.
Maintain valuable housekeeping in the moulding area.
Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
Complete daily moulding production targets on time.

Qualification ITI / 10th Pass – Foundry / Moulding preferred

Experience

1–5 years of foundry moulding experience preferred.
