We are looking for a responsible and technically sound Site Engineer to join our growing construction company. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily civil construction activities at the project site.

- Execute work as per approved architectural, structural, and services drawings.

- Check dimensions, levels, line, plumb, and alignment of construction work.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, architects, and consultants.

- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.

- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.

- Check quantities of materials required and coordinate material procurement.

- Monitor concrete, brickwork, plaster, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and finishing works.

- Ensure proper execution of reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, and RCC works.

- Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned consultant/management for solutions.

- Monitor project progress against the planned schedule.

- Ensure proper use and storage of construction materials.

- Maintain records of measurements, material consumption, labour, and work progress.





- Ensure compliance with site safety practices.

- Assist in checking contractor bills and measurements.

- Conduct regular quality inspections and report deficiencies.

- Coordinate snagging, rectification, and finishing works before handover.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential/commercial construction preferred.

- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and site execution.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to independently manage day-to-day site activities.

Preferred Skills

- RCC and structural construction knowledge.

- Quantity estimation and measurement skills.

- Knowledge of finishing and interior works.

- Basic knowledge of Excel and AutoCAD.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Problem-solving ability.

- Ability to coordinate multiple contractors and work teams.
