Role Description This full-time Site Engineer / Client Manager role is an on-site position based across India.

- Key role is to ensure client satisfaction during the installation of the plant. Become the one point of contact for the client to interact with the Installation team at site, Design & Production teams at the Factory and the Finance team. • Monitor the installation of Plants at various sites. • Ensure that Safety standards are properly maintained. • Ensure that the installation is done as per the standards of the organization.



• Interact with the Client and ensure proper coordination between the client and the installation team. • Interact with the production team and ensure timely availability of material at site during the installation • Identify manufacturing errors and report the same to the management and discuss with the Design and production team. • Keep a track of the Site expenses

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-site project supervision skills, with experience managing civil or structural engineering activities at construction or infrastructure sites.
- Candidates should possess explicit and professional communication skills, including the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess quality control and inspection skills, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety norms, and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess engineering knowledge, including understanding of design drawings, materials, and construction methods.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Engineering or related fields are preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to take accountability for site outcomes are beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to evolving project requirements is desirable.
