Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop and manage CMDB (Configuration Management Database) processes for efficient configuration management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize IT service delivery.
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for ITSM implementation, customization, and integration.
Job Requirements :
- 10-22 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid expertise in ServiceNow platform, particularly ITSM module.
- Experience with CMDB tools such as ServiceNow Asset Management or other similar technologies.
