We are hiring a Service Advisor for our automobile service center. The candidate will be responsible for handling customers, understanding vehicle issues, and coordinating between customers and the workshop team to ensure timely and quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand vehicle service requirements
- Prepare job cards and explain service work, costs, and timelines
- Coordinate with workshop technicians and supervisors
- Update customers on service progress and delivery status
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery with proper explanation of work done
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally
- Promote value-added services and service packages
- Maintain service records and follow-up with customers

Requirements:





- 1–4 years of experience as a Service Advisor (Automobile )
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicles
- Computer knowledge
- Driving license preferred

Education ITI / Diploma / Graduate in Automobile, Mechanical or related field preferred.
