Company Description E Services Network is a fast-growing digital travel services small startup looking for an experienced SEO Specialist & Operations Lead to drive our organic growth strategy and lead a high-performing SEO team.

This is not just an SEO execution role. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering SEO growth, building scalable processes, training team members, and taking ownership of overall organic performance across multiple websites.

What you’ll own

- Lead and manage the SEO team with complete ownership of organic growth
- Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Train, mentor, and evaluate SEO executives
- Assign, monitor, and review daily SEO activities
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
- Oversee on-page SEO, internal linking, content optimization, and technical improvements
- Execute ethical link-building and off-page SEO strategies
- Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and other SEO tools
- Collaborate with content, development, design, and operations teams




- Improve workflow efficiency, reporting systems, and team productivity
- Support backend operational coordination and process optimization

We’re looking for someone who has

- A proven record of achieving measurable SEO growth
- Experience leading SEO teams and delivering consistent performance
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar tools
- Leadership skills with the ability to build, train, and scale teams
- A hands-on mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced startup workplace
