8+ years of SQL Server DBA experience in enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience administering SQL Server 2005 through SQL Server 2025.
Experience supporting mission-critical production databases.
Experience working in a 24x7 support environment.

Robust SQL Server installation, configuration, and administration experience.
Advanced T-SQL development and troubleshooting skills.
Strong understanding of

Query Optimization
Indexing Strategies
Statistical Analysis
Execution Plans
Database Architecture
Experience with Ola Hallengren maintenance solutions.
Robust PowerShell scripting skills.




Experience with Windows Server administration.
Experience with SQL Server migrations and upgrades.

Backup and Recovery
Solid knowledge of:
Backup and Restore Strategies
Point-in-Time Recovery
Disaster Recovery Planning
Business Continuity Processes

Monitoring Tools Experience with one or more:
