Prepare and make patterns as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Read and understand casting and pattern drawings.
Make and modify wooden, aluminium, plastic, and other foundry patterns.
Provide proper shrinkage, draft, and machining allowances.
Make and repair core boxes and other foundry tools.
Check pattern dimensions using measuring instruments.
Carry out pattern correction and modification based on casting inspection.
Coordinate with Production and Quality departments to solve pattern-related problems.
Maintain and store patterns properly with identification details.
Ensure patterns are completed on time and according to required quality.
Maintain positive housekeeping and follow safety procedures.

2–5 years of experience in foundry pattern making preferred.
