Key Responsibilities / :
Operate reactors, centrifuges, dryers, blenders, or other assigned equipment.
Follow Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) instructions strictly.
Charge raw materials as per approved procedure.
Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, RPM, and time.
Record production data accurately in logbooks and BMR.
Follow WHO-GMP and ISO
Ensure area cleanliness and maintain housekeeping as per SOP.
Follow safety guidelines and use proper PPE.
Participate in audits (internal and external).
Report deviations, incidents, and abnormalities immediately.
Perform equipment cleaning as per SOP.
Support preventive maintenance activities.
Identify and report equipment malfunction.
Ensure proper line clearance before starting batch.
Maintain proper documentation as per GDP (Valuable Documentation Practices).
Fill logbooks and checklists accurately.
Ensure all entries are signed and dated.
Follow EHS procedures during chemical handling and equipment operation
Safely handle hazardous chemicals, solvents, acids, and alkalis.
Report unsafe conditions, incidents, spills, leaks, or near misses immediately.
Participate in safety training and mock drills.
