Lead and manage the Precast detailing team (1020 members).
Plan, allocate, and monitor project resources and deliverables.
Develop and review precast models and shop drawings using Tekla Structures.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with project standards.
Resolve technical issues and mentor team members.
Participate in client meetings and provide regular project updates. Mandatory Skills
Tekla Structures Mandatory
812 years of experience in Precast detailing/modeling.
Experience in team handling, project planning, and resource management.
Robust client coordination and communication skills.
Positive understanding of precast detailing, shop drawings, and BIM workflows.
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. Preferred: Experience working on international precast projects.
