Role & responsibilities

Responsible for dispensing best-in-class optical products at the location and coordinating with the store manager and fellow optometrists/team members to achieve consistently high customer service and meet store targets.
Understanding customer needs and queries about products, prices, and services
To be able to prescribe accurate eye powers
Advising customers on the product ranges best suited to their needs
Achieving the sales target and focusing on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques
Maintaining customer relationships to build long-term loyalty
Handling recent launches, promotion of products, visual merchandise, etc.

Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's / Diploma degree in Optometry (Minimum 2 years experience)

Excellent verbal communication skills

Computer savvy (including basic Microsoft Excel)

Excellent customer service skills, leadership skills, team building, etc.
