We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Process Chemistry Excellence - API R&D; expert at Ruputed Pharmaceutical Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process chemistry and experience in API R&D.;

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement current processes for API production, ensuring high-quality products and increased efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct experiments and analyze data to develop and validate current processes.
Troubleshoot issues with existing processes and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.




Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in process chemistry, preferably in API R&D.;
Robust knowledge of chemical principles, process development, and optimization techniques.
Experience with laboratory equipment and analytical techniques.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
